Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a fast-paced club environment. This role ensures excellent customer service, maintains bar cleanliness, and creates a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and provide accurate billing.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible drinking.
• Create signature cocktails and suggest drinks to enhance guest experience.
• Restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Work closely with barbacks, servers, and security staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in clubs, bars, or nightlife venues.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink mixing techniques, and bar equipment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Certification in bartending or mixology is an advantage.
