Systems Engineer- Open for Fresh Grads

• Continuously enhance product and solution expertise through self-study, testing, simulations, and attending internal, vendor-sponsored, and industry training events.
• Achieve technical certifications via self-study, sponsored programs, and paid examinations.
• Support pre-sales activities by preparing designs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Proof of Concepts (POCs), demos, and presentations.
• Offer in-house IT support for Microgenesis's internal servers and storage.
• Conduct training sessions for internal and external customers, as well as for co-engineers (cross-training).
• Manage reporting and coordination, including preparing and submitting CRM and email activity reports, service slips, and maintaining continuous communication with the Technical Managers.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
