Production Staff

The production staff is responsible for preparing and producing large quantities of food that will be distributed to our branches. Commissaries are often central facilities that handle the bulk of food production for multiple outlets.

A production staff should have:

• Packaging Skills: Can execute various productions tasks like assembly, packaging, or machine operations.
• Standardization: Ability to follow standardized recipes strictly to ensure consistency across all branches.
• Equipment Mastery: Proficiency in operating commercial kitchen equipment.
• Flexible Schedule: Willing and available to work flexible shifts.
• Having a background/ experience in culinary or food handling is an advantage.
