• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Analyze product performance and suggest improvements in formulation, packaging, or positioning.
• Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to support the launch of new or improved products.
• Help prepare and review product specifications, packaging designs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare product presentations, training materials, and promotional content.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to internal teams and external clients.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, OEM partners, and raw material vendors to clarify specifications and quality requirements.
• Assist in ensuring product compliance with local regulations and internal standards.

• Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in Mandarin Language.
• With or without experience in food science and nutrition.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or product lifecycle tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of food industry trends, labeling requirements, or product compliance is an advantage.
