Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Food Manufacturer. Our respective client is looking for a Junior Key Accounts Manager to oversee sales operations in the Modern Trade channel. This is a field-based role, with one position available for Metro Manila and another for Central Luzon (Tarlac).
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the Modern Trade.
- Ensure that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and/or exceeded.
- Establish, maintain and acquire new customers to increase business opportunities.
- Hire, develop and motivate sales personnel.
- Required skill(s): Selling, Accounts Management, Negotiation.
Key job qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or key account management
- Strong background in Modern Trade and familiarity with the area/accounts
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and account management skills
- Willingness to do field work
