Support / Customer Service Officer – eCommerce / Online Games
Salary: Negotiable
Position Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Officer that will help deliver an excellent customer experience to our website’s users. Communication between you and our customers will primarily take place via online system or E-mail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support/assistance via email on the issues: Buyer and seller registration, order cancellation, refund and disbursement completion, offer creation and payment review status.
- Handle manual arbitration, act as the immediate mediator by keenly analyzing the evidences and make appropriate final decision on each disputes.
- Identifying urgent website and system bug issues. After which you will notify your direct supervisor and/or accordingly escalate to the relevant department involved.
- Be continuously on the lookout for positive opportunities that will help optimize and solidify our support procedure that will uphold customer satisfaction!
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficiency in English written communication.
- Fast typing speed, at least 45 words per minute.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar job that requires daily communication with customers (e-Commerce or video game industry preferred).
- Healthy both in mind (psychologically) and body (physiologically).
Work schedule: Hybrid set-up. Willing to work on night shift and also need to work during weekends. 2 days rest day. Should have complete WFH equipment - such as own laptop or desktop and high-speed internet connection.
