Job Summary

The Sales Manager assists in leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets for rooms, banquets, and events. The role involves supervising daily sales activities, handling corporate and group accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring excellent service in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the hotel sales team
  • Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies to increase room and banquet revenue
  • Handle corporate, group, and event sales inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event organizers
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and monthly performance updates
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activities within the Philippines hospitality market
  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, rates, and client agreements
  • Represent the hotel in sales events, trade shows, and networking activities as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related course
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality-related sales in the Philippines
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of hotel PMS/CRM systems is preferred
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required
  • Willing to be relocated
