QA/QC Engineer

This role involves developing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, identifying non-conformities, and working closely with project teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout all phases of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and quality documents to verify quality requirements are clearly defined and followed.
• Identify quality issues, defects, or non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding quality-related matters.
• Participate in internal and external audits and support compliance with quality management systems.
• Ensure all inspections and tests are performed according to approved procedures and standards.
• Verify that all materials and equipment delivered to site or production meet required standards before use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer, Quality Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing quality documents, inspection reports, and test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation/reporting tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and standards.
