Opportunity Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Copywriter/Editor to craft compelling and high-quality content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and editing, with the ability to transform complex ideas into engaging and persuasive content.

This role requires expertise in developing write-ups for white papers, blogs, landing pages, marketing campaigns, communications, pitches, proposals, and more. The Copywriter/Editor will play a critical role in shaping our brand voice, driving engagement, and ensuring clarity and consistency in all messaging.

Strong Copywriting & Editing Skills, Content Strategy & Development, SEO & Keyword Optimization (including Topical Mapping), Storytelling & Brand Messaging, Marketing & Sales Copywriting, Research & Fact-Checking, Attention to Detail & Grammar Proficiency, Adaptability Across Different Writing Styles, Time Management & Deadline Adherence, Experience in B2B & B2C Writing (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and well-researched content for white papers, blog articles, and industry reports.
  • Write persuasive copy for landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Craft clear and compelling messaging for sales pitches, proposals, and business communications.
  • Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create content that aligns with strategic goals.
  • Conduct research to produce factually accurate and insightful content tailored to target audiences.
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring readability and keyword relevance for search visibility, including the strategic use of topical mapping to incorporate multiple keywords effectively.
  • Proofread materials to eliminate grammatical errors, inconsistencies, and typos.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging content strategies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or editing roles.
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various formats.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, including topical mapping for keyword integration and content optimization.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and collaboration software.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style based on different audiences and platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing samples, including blogs, landing pages, white papers, and marketing materials.

Employment Type:

Contract (FT 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday)

Location & Schedule:

Remote or work from home for now. Your work hours should predominantly overlap with the hours of 9AM until 6PM US Mountain Time (11:00PM to 8:00AM Philippine time).
