• Expected salary: ₱22,000 per month

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Retail industry experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.

Maintain an organized filing system for invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation.

Monitor accounts payable aging reports and ensure payments are made within vendor terms.

Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports for management review.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Participate in internal and external audits, providing required documentation and support.

Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues or inquiries.

Review and manage vendor contracts and payment terms, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by management.
