This is a full-time position as an Operations Team Leader for Teleperformance at their Alphaland location in Magallanes, Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of customer service representatives in a dynamic call center environment.

What you'll be doing- Supervise and coach a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and performance targets are met
- Monitor team and individual performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training and development plans
- Foster a positive team culture and motivate staff to achieve their personal and team goals
- Serve as the key point of contact for customers, handling complex or escalated issues
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service team leader or supervisor role, preferably in a call center or contact center environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve targets
- Proficiency in using customer service and call center management software
- A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
