Accounting assistant

PC EXPRESS is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic accounting team in our San Juan City office. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and reporting processes.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our accounting system
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Process invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our accounting processes and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or any relevant course
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting and/or admin role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on-site in San Juan City from Monday to Saturday with compressed schedule
