Internal auditor / relief accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor / Relief Accountant to join the dynamic team at DN Steel Group of Companies' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of our organisation.

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and identify potential risks or areas for improvement
• Providing relief accounting support during periods of high workload or staff absences
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management
• Collaborating with departmental teams to implement corrective actions and process enhancements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial systems and procedures
• Acts as Branch Accountant during relief assignments at branches and affiliate companies

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related courses
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls and audit best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Demonstrated integrity and a keen eye for detail
