Work closely with Product Owners and Architects to shape requirements and contribute to solution architecture
- Own and drive initiatives within your area of technical specialization, ensuring successful execution
- Build, implement, and support robust, user-focused solutions within the Web Workplace environment
- Enhance existing features through continuous improvement, optimization, and technical refinement
- Review peers' code to uphold development standards and share constructive feedback
- Guide and support junior team members through mentorship and knowledge transfer
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field - or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of consistent, hands-on experience in modern software development environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical and self-driven approach to tackling complex technical challenges
- Proven track record in developing scalable web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js
