RESPONSIBILITIES:A. VICE-PRESIDENT POSITION (1 VACANCY)
I. General Description: Providing assistance to the President in ensuring that all lines of business within the organization are running efficiently and within the business plans and programs set forth by the Headquarters. Assist the President in defining the corporate policies; ensures its efficient and consistent implementation.
II) Specific Functions:- Assist the President in developing a strategic plan to advance the Corporation’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization;
- Review and approves adequate plans for the control of planned outputs, budget spending, labor efficiency, material efficiency, engineering effectiveness, customer service, and order entry efficiency, along with human utilization;
- Review performance against operating plans and standards and recommend changes in direction of plans;
- Present monthly reports on performance as requested by the President;
- Develops and recommends corporate operations policy within the organization;
- Defines and recommends specific short-term and long term programs, together with supporting budget requested and financial estimates;
- Assist the President in developing plans for areas of technology for the manufacturing functions along with sufficient planning for areas that support the mission of the corporation;
- To ensure that the administrative and operational policies of the corporation are carried out under his supervision and control;
- To develop sales plans and strategies, represents the corporation in upward sales negotiations, secure and ensure continuous business for the corporation;
- To act as the window person of the corporation with customers in all sales and operational business matters, that may require Top Management’s involvement;
- Helps the President in ensuring preservation, protection, and maximum utilization of the corporation’s assets;
- To represent the corporation at all functions and proceedings with the President on his behalf.

II) Specific Function:- Responsible for the establishment of sales objectives in coordination with the company’s business plan;
- Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives in coordination with the specific objectives of sales plan with all the functional department, most specifically with manufacturing and finance;
- Develops, plans, and strategize for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals;
- Develop the pricing policies and manages the over-all sales process;
- Monitor the customer, market, and competitor’s activity and provide feedback to company’s Top Management;
- Represents the company in upward sales negotiations, secure and ensure continuous business for the company;
- Ensures each operation meets shipping dates according to the sales forecasts or customer orders;
- Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables to determine personnel or material requirements or material priorities;
- Oversee day-to-day activity of the section under his jurisdiction, ensuring sections administrative and operational controls are effectively and efficiently implemented;
- Responsible for the over-all organizational growth of the section, motivates, and promotes individual growth and development as well;
- Confer with the interfacing section or customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays;
- Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material storages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, production, and engineering;
- To act as a window person of SPMC with customers in all sales and operational business matters that may require Top Management’s involvement.

III) QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-5 years course;
- Preferably with 5 years as a Vice-President in a manufacturing firm; sound administrative skills and well-developed management skills;
- Satisfactory communication skills both oral and written;
- Result-oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations;
- Can speak and write Japanese fluently;
