JOB SUMMARY

The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of land development, housing construction, and QA/QC. This role ensures that all activities are completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, timelines, and quality standards, while maintaining strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

9. Budget and Cost Control
10. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Experience : At least two (2) years of work experience in construction or real estate industry

Competencies:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as AutoCAD and MS Office
• With driving skills and a valid driver's license
