Ecommerce Manager

The Ecommerce Manager holds a strong support role to the entire Ecommerce function. This position is responsible 1) leading the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of Own Platform website 2) accountable for increasing own platform E-store awareness and market share and build loyalty to the platform as a strategic growth pillar of the organization.
3) assuring accuracy and relevance of its digital contents. 4) develop strategies and driving assigned E-Store plans & programs and able to foresee emerging digital business development opportunities to improve overall E-store sales participation to the company.

The position also provides commercial support to Ecommerce in planning and conceptualizing major campaigns, category and brand takeover programs that will drive incremental transactions to all sites.
Role focuses on:
- Developing and executing short-term and long-term SEO Strategies.
- Conducting site audits and keyword search analysis to optimize website performance and search results.
- Oversee and implement off-page back linking campaigns with different partners.
- Conducting necessary quality controls on digital product contents provided by Trading, Trade partners in order to ensure minimal or no errors once uploaded in the site.
- Managing and simplifying the product listing process.
- Ability to design KPIs and dashboard to monitor traffic data, customer behavior and conversion rates.
- Creating a content management strategy and system that establishes product text and image standards.
- Managing relationships with 3rd-party vendors and platforms including contract negotiation, selection and renewal.
