- With at least 1 year technical support experience
- Multi-channel/omnichannel support experience highly preferred
- At least 24–36 months Customer Service Voice experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong preference for work experience in supporting SaaS (software as a service), specifically accounting software
- Preferably with Zendesk or JIRA experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Amenable to work morning/mid/night shifts
- Open to candidates in Manila, Cebu, and Iloilo
