ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• Solid understanding of Discounted Cash Flows (DCF) and present value principles
• Strong understanding of IFRS 16 lease accounting standards
• 2-3 years' experience with accounting software (implementation, support, or usage)
• Experience in a customer-facing or consulting role preferred
• Exposure to commercial retail leases is advantageous but not essential
• ERP or lease accounting software certification is a plus
• Candidate must be willing on Hybrid Work Arrangement (3X a week RTO)
• Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBIITIES

• Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects for new clients
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Configure and tailor Lease Capitaliser IFRS16 software based on client-specific lease portfolios

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-implementation client queries
• Troubleshoot and resolve software or accounting-related issues promptly
• Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction, engagement, and retention

• Deliver engaging, tailored training sessions for finance teams and end users
• Develop easy-to-follow user guides, tutorials, and implementation documentation
• Provide ongoing learning support and refreshers as needed

• Assist in testing new product features and updates prior to release
• Identify, document, and report any issues or bugs to the product team

• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to inform product improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
• Contribute to internal process improvements to streamline the implementation lifecycle
