Warehouse Assistant - Calbayog, Samar
About the role
As a Warehouse Assistant at Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc.', you will be an integral part of our efficient and well-organised warehousing and distribution operations in Calbayog, Samar. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for assisting with the safe and timely handling and movement of goods, ensuring our customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
What you'll be doing- Receiving and unloading incoming deliveries, checking items against orders and maintaining proper documentation
- Putting away stock in designated storage locations using appropriate equipment and procedures
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Assisting with inventory management, including stock counts and cycle checks
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, following all safety protocols
- Supporting the wider warehouse team as needed to meet deadlines and targets
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-focused role
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Practical experience using warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks, forklifts and scanners
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Commitment to following health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
