About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at Manila Credit Corporation. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in addressing our accounting and bookkeeping requirements and helping to drive the success of our business.

This is a full-time position based in our San Antonio office in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing
  1. Assisting with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print
  2. Coordinating the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
  3. Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and tracking budgets
  4. Conducting market research and data analysis to inform marketing strategies
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to help the team continuously improve our marketing efforts
What we're looking for
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Quickbooks
  6. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  7. Keen attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
