Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Product and/or Business Management, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or operational product environment.
- Proven experience working with API integrations and complex booking or transaction systems.
- Strong background collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Ability to work closely with day-to-day operations and transform complex workflows into structured product solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with GDS, NDC, airline operations, crew planning, or travel booking platforms is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to flight, rail, travel logistics, or workflow automation products is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Drive business development for new airline and travel operator clients in close collaboration with sales teams.
- Manage commercial relationships with suppliers and aggregators, including contract negotiations, SLA management, and ensuring competitive pricing with GDS providers, NDC airlines, and rail operators.
- Translate customer requirements, operational challenges, and business objectives into clear product priorities.
- Lead onboarding and launch of new customers, ensuring alignment on expectations and timelines.
- Own product discovery and delivery across the platform.
- Design and optimize operational processes for handling complaints, ticket changes, and financial concerns.
- Identify inefficiencies in operations and convert them into scalable product enhancements.
- Improve user experience and automate workflows for existing airline customers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams on API integrations, booking flows, and operational fallback solutions.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on KPIs, commercial progress, and strategic risks.
