The Territory Sales Specialist is responsible to establish and implement plans to grow the business in the assigned area (NCR).

Applicant must be willing to do field work from Monday to Saturday, flexible schedule. Food and transportation expenses are provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maybe asked to report to Head Office in Bagumbayan, Taguig on a weekly basis (typically on a Monday)
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory
  • Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques
  • Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations
  • Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner
  • All accounts in the assigned area, mostly national accounts: SM, Robinsons, Puregold, Hitop, San Roque Supermarket and Gentrade accounts
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services
  • Stay current with trends and competitors within the assigned territory to identify improvements or recommend new products
  • Prepares data driven sales reports
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
  • Build and maintain professional networks
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in B2B sales in general and modern trade and retail marketing
  • Proficient in sales processes and has experience in FMCG
  • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Team Player, Results driven
  • Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English)
  • Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel via public transportation or has personal service.
