Job Description:
The Paraplanner provides technical research, strategy development, and document preparation support to Financial Advisers, enabling the timely and compliant delivery of personal financial advice to clients. This role is central to the advice production process translating an adviser's strategy and client objectives into clear, compliant, and well-substantiated advice documents (SOAs and ROAs) in accordance with the Corporations Act, ASIC regulatory guidance, and the licensee's Approved Product List (APL) and advice framework.
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in AU paraplanning.
- Proficiency in managing and verifying CRM data entries.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential.
- Preferrably with experience in using AI Tools
- Confident in conducting client meetings, particularly with new clients
