We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and other special needs. The therapist will support clients in developing independence in daily activities, improving motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and daily living skills
• Monitor, document, and evaluate client progress regularly
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, speech therapists, and other professionals
• Provide home programs and caregiver education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRC licensed)
• Experience working with pediatric clients, especially children with autism and developmental delays, is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient, compassionate, and flexible
