Office Clerk (Filing & Records Management)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing company files, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • File, organize, and maintain physical and electronic documents.
  • Ensure all company records are accurately labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
  • Update and maintain filing systems regularly.
  • Retrieve files and documents upon request.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Information Technology (IT) or any closely related course.
  • At least 3 year of relevant experience in office administration, records management, or document filing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of electronic document management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
