ESL CAMP TEACHERS

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver English lessons to a diverse group of students, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Incorporate fun and interactive games, activities, and songs to encourage language learning.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, respectful atmosphere.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents when necessary.
• Collaborate with other staff members to organize group activities, field trips, and special events.
• Ensure student safety and well-being during class and camp activities.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, TESL/TEFL, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Teaching certification (TESL/TEFL) is highly desirable.
• Prior experience teaching ESL, especially in a camp or group setting, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage children in a positive and supportive manner.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A love for working with children and helping them succeed in language learning.
• Patience, creativity, and a flexible mindset.
