Manager, Strategic Sourcing
About the opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to join the Pandora Sourcing Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Manager, Strategic Sourcing will support our procurement and sourcing operations across various indirect categories for Foodpanda, Yemek and Foodora brands.
This role involves identifying and qualifying suppliers, managing RFx processes, negotiating pricing and terms, and helping ensure continuity and cost-efficiency in the supply chain.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional Environment.
We are looking for a Sourcing Generalist to support Procurement Category Managers throughout the sourcing process. The role will involve close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure effective supplier management and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to value engineering initiatives
- Prepare and manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
- Assist in evaluating supplier proposals, negotiating pricing, and recommending optimal sourcing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
- Support procurement category managers in day-to-day sourcing activities and project execution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sourcing reports and dashboards
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
- At least 3+ years experience in sourcing processes
- Experienced in supplier management, contract management, strategic sourcing process
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and sourcing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of SAP Ariba is a plus
- Willingness and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and high-growth environment.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience working in a global / matrix organization
