About the role:
A Vendor Manager is expected to oversee and strengthen relationships with our external partners and suppliers to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. By identifying reliable vendors, negotiating favorable terms, and continuously improving vendor performance, you’ll directly shape how our teams operate and deliver value.Your work will have a meaningful impact - ensuring that the business runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and in alignment with our quality standards.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage strong relationships with vendor partners to ensure service quality, reliability, and performance.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to meet business needs and scale operations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements that align with company goals.
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through feedback and collaboration.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Legal) to resolve issues and optimize vendor processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of vendor agreements, performance reports, and compliance requirements.
- Hustle – take ownership of Snappr’s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
What you'll need:
- 4+ years of proven experience in vendor management, procurement, operations, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A “let’s get it done” mindset — proactive, accountable, and hands-on.
- Willingness to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
