Qualifications:
- Must have BPO experience of at least 1 year and has had experience in handling banking/financial or e-commerce accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Amenable to working on night shift, shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
- Amenable to working onsite office work in Cebu Business Park Ayala.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Observe Customer Transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account take over, friendly fraud, theft, and similar other tasks.
- Monitor real-time queues and identify high-risk transactions within the business portfolio.
- Responsible for resolving fraud cases, determines existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns.
- Identify fraudulent transactions to reduce potential revenue losses.
