Senior Marketing Specialist - Full Stack (Ads, SEO & Strategy)

The Role
This isn’t an entry-level position—we need a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. You’ll lead all aspects of marketing: from planning and running high-performing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to driving organic growth through advanced SEO strategies.You’ll also oversee content direction, branding initiatives, and analytics to ensure everything ties back to revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage and optimize budgets across paid and organic channels.
- Paid Media
- Lead advanced Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing, sponsored content).
- Build A/B testing frameworks to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- SEO & Content
- Oversee technical SEO, on-page, and off-page strategies for consistent organic growth.
- Collaborate on content strategy to improve rankings and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform leadership decisions.
- Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and growth metrics across all channels.
About You
You’re an experienced marketer with a proven track record of building and scaling campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’re equally comfortable creating strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute. You have a strong grasp of digital performance metrics, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years in digital marketing with strong leadership experience.
- Is an expert in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Knows how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Has managed budgets at scale and delivered positive ROI.
- Is data-driven, analytical, and comfortable presenting to leadership.
