We are looking for a passionate and proactive Retail Marketing Associate to join our team and support the execution of trade marketing initiatives across our store network.

Job Summary

The Retail Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting the Trade Marketing Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of store-level marketing activities. This position is hands-on and collaborative, focused on implementing local promotions, events, visual merchandising, and community engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to bring our brand to life at the store level.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Initiative Support & Execution
  • Assist in the planning and execution of store-specific promotions, sales activities, and events.
  • Coordinate production, deployment, and maintenance of in-store marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts during campaign periods.
  • Conduct regular store visits to oversee proper implementation and collect real-time feedback.
Market Intelligence & Reporting Support
  • Assist in conducting local market research and gathering customer insights.
  • Track competitor activities and provide regular updates.
  • Compile and organize campaign performance data and help prepare ROI and metric reports.
  • Maintain accurate databases and documentation for trade marketing efforts.
Community & Store-Level Coordination
  • Support community outreach and assist in executing local sponsorships and events.
  • Liaise with store teams to coordinate upcoming marketing activities and gather feedback.
  • Provide stores with necessary materials and briefing documents for promotions and events.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing, material inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Monitor trade marketing expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for internal meetings and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, retail operations, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to store locations as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong attention to detail.
