The Business Analyst can communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to support consultancy projects with both local and international clients. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering insights that help clients improve efficiency, compliance, and growth.Strong bilingual communication skills are essential to coordinate with stakeholders, prepare reports, and bridge business needs across different markets.
Job Responsibilities:- Gather, document, and translate business requirements between English and Mandarin for local and international clients.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions for operational improvement.
- Conduct financial, operational, and market analysis to support consultancy projects.
- Develop business models, reports, and presentations in both English and Mandarin.
- Support project managers in delivering consultancy engagements, ensuring client objectives are met.
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English language both spoken and written.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in consultancy or advisory services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with cross-cultural awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and ability to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
