Role Summary
Deliver and manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) security services, ensuring strong controls, regulatory adherence, and operational resilience. Drive governance frameworks and continuous improvement across client environments.
What You’ll Do- Lead delivery of GRC platform operations across client environments
- Act as SME in governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Drive implementation and optimization of security controls and policies
- Monitor security posture and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead incident response alignment and resilience strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk and governance decisions
- Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Guide teams and promote best practices in security governance
- 10+ years experience in GRC / Security Operations
- Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in security policies, controls, and platform operations
- Exposure to incident response and resilience strategies
- Strong stakeholder management, advisory, and leadership skills
