Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Photo Editor to join a fast-paced creative team. You will be responsible for delivering polished, high-quality photo edits, including color correction, retouching, background replacement, compositing, and client-driven revisions, with a focus on maintaining fast turnaround times without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and retouch high volumes of images, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, and compositing.
- Manage revisions based on client feedback with quick turnaround times (typically within 24 hours).
- Collaborate closely with project managers and creative leads to meet daily and weekly delivery goals.
- Maintain organized file management and backup processes.
- Ensure quality control standards are met across all deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of professional photo editing experience (ecommerce, real estate, or commercial portrait editing preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of color grading, masking, layering, and compositing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with video frame editing or light graphic design.
- Knowledge of AI-based editing tools (e.g., Luminar, ImagenAI).
