HR Intern Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling applicants.
- Help maintain and organize employee records (201 File) and HR documents.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including filing, and encoding.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
- Perform other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Supervisor or HR Manager.
HR Intern Job Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to render a minimum of 150 internship hours.
- Preferably residing in Pasig City or nearby areas.
