Human Resources Intern - Paid Internship

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and properly filed.
• Administer and facilitate candidate assessments (e.g., exams) to evaluate suitability for the role.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and data privacy standards.

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently taking Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Office Administration, Psychology, or any equivalent.
• Needs to render at least 300 hours.
• Must be articulate and energetic, have a sense of urgency, and be able to multitask.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Willing to report on-site (Monday to Friday).
• Amenable to report in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Can start immediately, and with an endorsement letter.
