As the HR Manager, you’ll take the lead in:

• Overseeing recruitment, employee development, performance management, and retention.
• Managing and mentoring HR section heads (Talent Acquisition, Benefits & Retention, Policy & Admin).
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Creating initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellness, and company culture.
• Supporting HR needs across our growing group of companies.
