• Own all Profit & Loss accountability, including revenue growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.
• Set clear performance directions and ensure disciplined execution against business targets.
• Drive a high-performance culture anchored in accountability, speed, and outcomes.
• Translate Group strategy into actionable country and regionally executed plans.
• Drive the regionalized operating model, strengthening decision-making at regional and site levels.
• Accelerate business growth through customer expansion, tenancy optimisation, and new revenue streams.
• Identify and execute strategic partnerships and market opportunities.
• Position EDOTCO as a leading, trusted infrastructure partner in the Philippines.
• Represent EDOTCO at the highest levels with government, regulators, customers, investors, and partners.
• Strengthen strategic relationships to support growth, regulatory alignment, and industry leadership.
• Engage effectively with the Board and Corporate Centre on performance, strategy, and risks.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must have previously worked as a Country Managing Director of a company engaged in international telecommunications, infrastructure, or related sectors for at least two (2) years;
• With at least ten (10) or more years of experience and expertise in a senior leadership role with significant Profit & Loss Accountability;
• Shall possess at least fifteen (15) years of experience in international telecommunications, infrastructure, or related sectors;
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or greater in the fields of Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA is preferred); and
• Must have at least twenty (20) years of experience working and/or dealing with companies based abroad.
