Elite Biotech Quezon City Full-time
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair works for all Elite Biotech facilities, offices, clinics, and warehouses.
- Conduct plumbing works including repair of leaks, clogged drains, pipes, faucets, toilets, water lines, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting such as replacement of lights, switches, outlets, breakers, wiring, and other minor electrical repairs.
- Carry out carpentry works including repair and installation of doors, cabinets, partitions, ceilings, shelves, tables, and other fixtures.
- Perform basic air-conditioning cleaning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for split-type and window-type air-conditioning units.
- Conduct regular inspection of facilities, equipment, and utility systems to identify maintenance requirements and safety issues.
- Respond immediately to maintenance requests and emergency repair concerns from offices, clinics, and warehouses.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and operational procedures.
- Assist in office and warehouse setup, renovation, and improvement projects when needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for major repair works or specialized maintenance services.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance tools, materials, and spare parts.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports, repair updates, and service records.
- Support overall facility operations to ensure uninterrupted business activities across all Elite Biotech locations.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by management.
