MEPF DESIGNER

Job Description:

1. Prepare the shop drawings for submission and for site implementation.
2. Prepare the master shop drawing list in coordination with the project manager and site engineer.
3. Check and incorporate all the necessary MEPF drawings of other trades in the preparation for shop drawing to avoid possible conflicts at site during installation.
4. Should Overseas conflict both trades with the used of 3d visualization (3d Sketchup or equal apps)
5. Include inputs from site engineers regarding condition.
6. Control the numbering of drawings and implement a systematic filing system for easy retrieval and referencing.
7. Report to the Engineer in-Charge all site concerns, problems and progress status.
8. Help achieve objectives and compliance of the construction industry in relation to quality and standard.

Qualification:

• CAD MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection)
• At least a diploma or an associate degree in a relevant field, such as computer aided design or drafting
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and other related software
• Must be minimum of two years of experience a big plus (Highrise or Commercial Project)

1. Good communication and coordination skills
2. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple drawing revisions.
