About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst who is interested in Finance Systems, Data Analysis, and Reporting. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and junior professionals who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and supporting business applications.
What You'll Do- Support finance and reporting applications
- Assist in preparing monthly sales and financial reports
- Maintain and update customer, product, and pricing information
- Validate and check data accuracy across systems
- Investigate and resolve reporting and data issues
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and IT teams for system-related concerns
- Prepare process documentation and reports
- Participate in system testing and validation activities
- Learn and support business processes and enterprise applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or any related course
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are also welcome to apply
- 1. Relevant experience includes any finance role demonstrating applicable skills and knowledge
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data handling
- 1. Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency including fundamental functions and data handling capabilities is required
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Exposure to reporting or Business Intelligence tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Databricks, SAP BO, or SAP BW
- Exposure to ERP systems or master data management is an advantage
- Gain hands-on experience in Finance Systems and Business Applications
