The Graphic Designer Pre-press / Design Solutions Specialist plays a dual role in creative design and customer support. They are responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging visuals—such as illustrations, logos, and layouts—that align with brand standards and project requirements.Working closely with internal teams and clients, they refine designs based on feedback to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation.
Beyond design work, the role also involves direct customer interaction, providing expert assistance via phone, making real-time design adjustments, and resolving inquiries or escalated concerns with professionalism. By combining strong creative skills with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities, the Graphic Designer ensures both visually compelling outputs and a superior customer experience.
Job Responsibilities- Study design briefs and determines requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with other departments to produce final design
- Amend designs after customer and Internal feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Respond to customer after-sales inquiries and issues via phone with a high degree of
- Make real-time changes in the processed design as per customer requirements on call.
- Fulfill the customer requirements related to design over the call for their orders placed on
- Provide in-depth and accurate information about our products and services to
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and complaints effectively, aiming for first contact
- Ensure superior customer experience through outstanding communication and
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to swiftly escalate and resolve intricate
issues, drawing on your extensive experience in international customer support
Qualifications/Requirements- 1-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphics and illustrations
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Great English communication skills with experience in talking to international clients
- Well-organized, positive attitude, coachable, customer-focused approach, and excellent
time management
