About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call centre team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. This is a full-time, fixed-schedule position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, with weekends off.As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through non-voice communication channels.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and other digital channels in a timely and effective manner
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
- Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive customer concerns to appropriate team members
- Suggesting process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of customer service delivery
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a similar non-voice role
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making
- Proficiency in using various computer applications and digital communication tools
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
