About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call centre team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. This is a full-time, fixed-schedule position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, with weekends off.

As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through non-voice communication channels.

What you'll be doing
  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and other digital channels in a timely and effective manner
  2. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
  3. Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive customer concerns to appropriate team members
  4. Suggesting process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of customer service delivery
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
What we're looking for
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a similar non-voice role
  2. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making
  4. Proficiency in using various computer applications and digital communication tools
  5. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
