Our client is looking to onboard an experienced Finance Manager with a CPA qualification and a minimum of 7 years of experience. As a Finance Manager, you will oversee core financial operations, including fund management, liquidity planning, reporting, and compliance.

Your role will focus on ensuring financial accuracy, optimizing cash flow, supporting investor reporting, and driving analytical insights for strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash & Liquidity Management
  • Monitor daily cash positions and short/long-term liquidity needs.
  • Execute cash strategies to optimize returns and reduce idle balances.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely disbursements.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and manage LOC utilization and compliance.
  1. Cash Flow Forecasting
  • Build and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts.
  • Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals.
  • Present insights and recommendations to support key decisions.
  1. Fund Operations & Reporting
  • Oversee coordination with Fund Administrators and monitor deliverables.
  • Review NAV packs, investor statements, and financial transactions.
  • Manage investor-level portfolio reporting, funding instructions, and returns.
  • Reconcile borrower collections and interest remittances to investors.
  1. Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership on fund performance.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries.
  • Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
  1. Internal Controls & Policy Development
  • Design and implement SOPs for fund accounting and reporting processes.
  • Establish internal controls to protect assets and ensure compliance.
  • Identify and execute automation or process improvement opportunities.
  1. Risk & Compliance
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks (credit, FX, interest rate).
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and stay updated on accounting standards.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.

What You Bring:

  • CPA certification (mandatory)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management, fund accounting, or cash operations
  • Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and controls
  • Experience with investor accounting and fund structures is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
