About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage our Mix Escario Project Site. The successful candidate must bring at least 5 years of intensive experience in handling large-scale vertical construction projects, with deep expertise in Structural, Architectural, and MEPFS disciplines.

This role is critical to ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards, while leading cross-functional teams to success.

Core Functions:

• End-to-End Project Leadership – Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across all phases of the construction cycle.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination – Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring effective collaboration with consultants, clients, and management.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance – Drive strict adherence to building codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks in structural, architectural, and MEPFS works.

Core Competencies:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline (Licensed Professional preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ intensive project management experience in construction, with specialization in structural, architectural, and MEPFS systems.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, contracts, and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and handle multiple project requirements simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
