Key Responsibilities1. Business & Financial Management
- Own and deliver annual operating plan (OP) and business targets
- Manage full P&L responsibility across sites
- Monitor financial performance, costs, and revenue streams
- Identify growth opportunities and improve profitability
- Operations Management
- Oversee operations of 43 centers nationwide
- Ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant center operations
- Conduct quarterly site visits to monitor performance and standards
- Drive operational improvements and process optimization
- Leadership & Team Management
- Directly manage 3 functional managers
- Build a high-performance culture and coach team members
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and KPIs
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key partners
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Act as a key representative of the organization in the healthcare community
- Strategic Growth & Expansion
- Support business expansion and network growth strategies
- Leverage experience in multi-site operations (e.g., retail or distributed networks) to scale operations
- Drive initiatives to enhance patient services and market reach
- A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management
- Experience managing multi-site operations (e.g., retail chains, distributor networks, healthcare networks)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills to manage teams effectively and drive performance.
- Experience in implementing operational strategies, continuous improvement, and cost saving initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to work onsite in Makati, from Mondays to Fridays & first Saturday of the month.
