Is currently looking for:

SALES ASSOCIATE

As a Sales Associate you are responsible for the following duties:

• Represent the company's products and high standard services
• Generate leads and build relationships by calling on existing and potential customers
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and be able to discuss available options to customer and agents
• Answer customer’s inquiries
• Present, promote and sell products - creating seasonal promotions to capture customer audience
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Process customer reservation and create individual customer files
• Establish relationship with clients and sales agents
• Process agent's incentives and commission
• Conduct Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) in the absence of the Supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 1 year work experience preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - English and Filipino
• Fast learner, ability to absorb information quickly and adopt new working systems
• Honest, Trustworthy, and can do multitask
• Tech savvy
• Team player
• Computer skills: MS Office (word, excel and power point)
• Willing to be assigned in POOC TALISAY CITY, CEBU

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m – 5:00 p.m) Saturday (8:30 a.m – 12:00 noon)
