Logistics and Sales Manager

1. To supervise and manage the Logistics Department
2. To ensure that the Department is performing based on quality standards
3. To make sure that quality service is given to the customers
4. To assist in ensuring sales growth through acquisition of new clients and organic growth with the current client.
5. To assist and efficiently manage operational requirements of every client and services.
6. To assist in properly manage company resources and manpower allocations.

1. Coordinates with client regarding the shipment or project at hand

1. Prepares rates or proposals to client
2. Meets with client on a regular basis

1. Conducts field work from time to time

1. Conducts road and site survey (projects)
2. Supervises preparation of load plan and post operations reports
3. Attends and supervises discharging and delivery of cargoes
4. Be present during unloading and positioning of equipment at site if necessary

1. Coordinates with the Forwarding or other Operations Department for delivery/trucking and or manpower and equipment requirements
2. Prepare report(s) to summarize the performance of the department

1. Prepares report(s) such as volume achieved and revenues earned from shipment
2. Prepares budget volume projections for the annual planning meeting

1. Performs sales and marketing activities

1. Monitors performance of staff and set-up controls standards
2. See to it that Department Coordinators and staff are aware of the requirements of the clients and or the project being undertaken
3. Coordinates with person(s) involved in operations

1. Meets with staff on a monthly basis
2. Assigns work, duties and responsibilities to department staff
3. Monitors status of shipment from coordinators
4. Sets control and check if company policies are implemented
5. Coordinates with Accounting and Finance department on accounting matter concerns
6. Meets with Forwarding Division Group and report performance of the department
