JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Junior Accounting Associate assists the Accounting Supervisors with bookkeeping, managing accounts, and clerical duties.- Prepare supporting documentation and encodes journal entries to manual accounting records
- Compile reports required by management and other governmental agencies
- Compute and record charges, refunds, and adjustments
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, account statements, reports, and other documents
- Reconcile accounts receivable and general ledger accounts.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy (Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting)
- Willing to be trained and willing to learn
- No work experience required (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
- Preferably Male (Client Preference)
